Where are the products made?

Future 5 Elements products are formulated in Israel, utilizing small batch production adhering to the stringent MOH, EU cosmetic standards.  We manufacture under the European Union’s Ministry of Health and US FDA Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) for cosmetics.

Is Future 5 Elements a clean beauty brand?

All products are responsibly formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, artificial fragrances, cyclomethicones, nano or synthetic dyes.

Are Future 5 Elements products tested on animals?

No, we are cruelty-free. We never have and never will test our products or ingredients with animals.

Do Future 5 Elements contain any animal products?

The majority of our products are 100% plant based. For their unique benefits on the skin, some of our products contain the following:

· Cream Mega contains Elastin and Collagen are marine origin and milk protein.

· The 
Cream Éclair contains milk and yogurt

Lemuria Phytomarine skin care products contain milk protein. 

Collagen and Elastin Serum are marine origin.

Does Future 5 Elements skincare contain nuts or soy?

The following 2  products contain soy protein:

· Cream Éclair

· Mask Heritage

*Future 5 Elements skincare is nut free. But since Mask Heritage contains ground herbs and spices, those with severe nut allergies should avoid this product.

Will active ingredients irritate my skin?

Our products are thoughtfully engineered with multiple molecular densities that penetrate deeper into the skin, rather than remaining on the surface, which is a cause of irritation. For more sensitive skin types, we do suggest testing on a small area of the skin before applying it to the entire face.

Is there a specific way I should apply products?

Do the Future 5 Elements products work well with other skincare lines?

We are committed to using the purest concentrations of active ingredients in our products. While the formulas are crafted to work well together, we do not suggest using Future 5 Elements products with other skincare products to start as some ingredients in other lines may not work complementary with our potent concentrations.

How long do the products last?

All serums, oil, gel, and creams are packaged in sustainable bottles to ensure maximum efficacy. For optimal results, we recommend using all products within 6 months of opening.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day.

What is my order status?

An email with your tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped. It may take up to 48 hours for this to populate on the carrier’s website.

What are shipping costs?

United States Standard

· Orders for $100+ ship for free

· Second Day - $35+

· Overnight - *within the United States $50+

* Must be received by 12pm EST to ship out same day

* We are unable to ship to PO boxes



Shipping costs are collected with your payment upon check out. Future 5 Elements is not responsible for any discrepancies or overages that may be due in addition to what has been collected such as customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and duties.

Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.

If we are unable to deliver the products ordered to your particular country, you will receive an email to inform you, and the original form of payment will be refunded.

Future 5 Elements is not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur as a result of customs.

What is the return policy?

We accept returns on unopened products purchased from this website within 15 days of the purchase date and for open products within 7 days of purchase date. If you purchased Future 5 Elements from another venue, please return it to the place of your original purchase.

What happens if my item is damaged or incorrect?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. To assure prompt resolution, please have your order number available, and retain the shipping box, packing materials and any damaged items Hi@future5elements.com.

Can you send samples?

We include complimentary samples with every purchase. If there are specific products you are interested in trying, please leave us a note when completing your purchase, and we will do our best to accommodate, depending on stock availability.

Why does my product look slightly different than what I viewed on the website?

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging and presentation of the products may vary minimally from the images shown on the website. Many of our products are available in different sizes, weights, quantities, and varieties. The various options for each product are stated on the relevant product page on our website.
